3/19/12-Something Historical–Carullo’s Cave 2003-Photography by Jon SooHoo/Los Angeles Dodgers
Deep in the bowels of the visiting clubhouse at Shea Stadium (and I do mean bowels..haha), hidden behind the laundry room was Visiting Clubhouse Manager Tony Carullo’s secret hideaway for visiting players to relax and spend their hangovers. If you didn’t hit your head on the cross beam above climbing into it and didn’t mind not being able to stand up, you were able to enjoy solitude of three couches and a television set until batting practice. In this picture, then Dodger’s pitching coach Jim Colborn leads the pitchers meeting in 2003. Identifiable from left to right—Jim Lett, Jim Colborn, Guillermo Mota, Tom Martin, Rob Flippo, Paul Quantrill, Kaz Ishii,David Ross, Teppei Shiokawa and Paul Shuey. Paul Loduca’s back is to the camera. I can’t make out who is behind Ishii. Shot using my Leica M6 and 35mm/f2 on Tmax 3200 © Jon SooHoo/Los Angeles Dodgers

The person behind Ishii, taking a closer look at the eyes, closely resembles Wilson Alvarez. It quite possibly could be him being that 2003 was his first year with the team.
Thanks Hiban. I actually asked our traveling secretary Scott Akasaki who confirmed it is Troy Brohawn-LHP.
